As far as I can tell there is 0 service in my area. The high lighted area is road that the fiber optic is confirmed ran. The area marked with a 3 North Butler elementary also has fiber optic internet. My neighborhood was built in the 1970s with underground power, ATT phone lines, and Comcast cable lines... everything is underground. Every neighborhood nearby in any direction from mine has above ground utilities and got ATT fiber ~4 years ago. I have never heard any news about our neighborhood eventually getting fiber.

It seems like when AT&T originally laid the fiber for the neighborhood, they covered some streets.
